Who Am I?

Helena Söderström

Born and raised in the beautiful city of Karlskrona. Currently living in Västerås, Sweden together with husband, two beatiful sons and two La Perm cats.

Education: Bachelor’s degree at Lund University and Ecole Supérieure de Commerce Marseille-Provence. Master’s degree at Lund University and Postgraduate studies at Henley Management College. In addition to formal education I have had the opportunity throughout my career to attend a number of great Leadership programs.

Experience: 20 years in sales, marketing and product management functions in the manufacturing industry. Most of my career I have been in manager positions, including executive management. Please visit my LinkedIn profile for a complete list of assignments and education.

Languages: Swedish and English are my preferred working languages but I do quite well in French and Spanish as well.

Personal interests: I like all kinds of sports! I go regularly to the gym to attend various classes where cross-fit is my favorite. I also play tennis and golf and I run occasionally. In the wintertime I enjoy cross-country skiing as well as alpine skiing. My favorite sport of all times is rock climbing. During my spare time and holidays, I enjoy reading, meeting friends and travelling. Learning new things from others and by own experiences is the best I know. Never stop exploring is my motto!
